Through skilful use of the breath, we can have a profound influence on the mind. We can get past the surface mind and take a deep dive into the silent depths.
Normally the mind swings constantly between the past and the future. Either we are caught up in regrets or anger about the past, or we are worrying about the future. The movement of the mind is a constant vacillation back and forth. Rarely, if ever, is the mind fully established in the present moment. In Sudarshan Kriya, however, the mind comes to rest fully in the present. The oscillation back and forth from past to future, regrets to worries, simply stops. A great peace dawns.

Fri 7pm-10pm, Weekend 10am-5pm
Art of Breathing are offering all course over the next 3 months for half price costing £125 for those in full time employment, £65 for students, unemployed, low wages or OAPs. Further incentives are offered to those who come to the introductory sessions and a few donation places can be offered for people in hardship by appointment with the course leader.
