It’s Nothing New!

Did you know that positive thinking is actually an ancient Yoga practice? Over two thousand years ago Patanjali who is considered by many to be the godfather of Yoga, wrote in his famous sutras: “When improper thoughts disturb the mind, there should be constant pondering over the opposites“.
He understood that thought creates and by choosing positive thoughts whenever a negative thought arises, we can create a happier and healthier mind and body.
