Sunday Morning Nyinthun: (meditation + talk + discussion)
The session begins at 10am with guided meditation instruction. At 11.30 we will listen to a talk from visiting teacher, Orhun Cercel, followed by a discussion. The first part of the morning is a drop in session and you can arrive anytime or come along for the talk and discussion only.
